Anti-Corruption Policy

Team Broken Earth (TBE) is committed to the highest standards of corporate, personal and professional responsibility.

TBE will operate according to the following principals. Every TBE member, director, officer, employee or contractor, or any person acting on behalf of TBE, must not give or accept bribes or facilitation payments; nor give or accept inappropriate hospitality; and must always act with the highest ethical and legal standards, when acting for or on behalf of TBE.

Accordingly, TBE team members, employees and contractors shall not:

  • offer, give, extort, solicit or accept any bribe or facilitation payment, whether in the form of cash or other inducement;

to or from:

  • any person or company, wherever they are situated and whether they are a public official or body or private person or company;

in order to:

  • gain any advantage for TBE in a way which is unethical;

or in order to:

  • give or gain any personal advantage, financial or otherwise, to or for the individual or anyone connected with the individual.

TBE will operate at all times in full compliance with Canadian and other applicable anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws. TBE will not accept any donation or benefit of any kind if it is or may be derived from criminal proceeds.

TBE will not partner with or support in any way any terrorist group or any individual who is identified by Canadian or international authorities as suspected of having (or having) ties to any terrorist organization.

TBE will take all necessary steps to ensure compliance with local and foreign laws, including compliance with this policy, which would involve, among other things, efforts to identify sources of all financing and donations, and refusal to accept any donations or financing where
